He studied agriculture at university, later worked in IT and on construction sites, but he traded in the city life to give his children a similar idyllic upbringing that he had as a child.

Frank and his wife, Holly, who is also part of the R&W Southern Highland team and the daughter of local property legend Jim Hindmarsh, are the busy parents of four children. The pair are ideally placed to understand what the Southern Highlands offers growing families and have loved raising their children in such a vibrant and picturesque region.

The couple is on hand to offer their first-hand experiences to those already living in the Southern Highlands, as well as newcomers arriving in the area who are set on kickstarting their tree-change dream.
